You will find a brief note below the large image of each painting. This note describes 'where' the painting originated from, in terms of the feeling or experience I attempted to convey. You may find it helpfull to focus on that note in a contemplative sense, while absorbing the painting visually.
Also, to enhance the meditative aspect of your viewing, it is very calming and relaxing to listen to the HU song. An explanation of the HU song is on the "Contemplation" page in the menu above.
